Eschewing the Tour de France training of their rivals, (Not Very) P&C are installing a static bike (courtesy of CycleBeat) outside RKH's London HQ in Whittington Avenue. The team will take turns from 9.30am on Thursday 26th June to ride one hour slots for the admiration or general bemusement of passers-by.

The training timetable is:

9.30am Rugged (Barnaby Rugge-Price) Team Captain
10.30am Mad Dog (Charlie Galloway)
11.30am Barry (Ant Brooke)
12.30pm Pirate (Mark Colgate)
1.30pm Chops 2 (Dan Badenoch)
2.30pm Salad (Al Barrett)

Everyone is invited, especially if they have a few coins to donate to the cause.

Swiss Re generously donated £7,000 today, so whilst Thursday's training might be static, the amounts raised for our causes continues to climb.

Thanks to an amazing number of generous donations the Bike ride has already raised over £210,000.
